The latest version of ALTO, the learning management system from training provider Redtray Solutions, has been launched.

It’s the first release of Redtray’s LMS after the company published its study into a new generation of learning technologies in April. The new features in ALTO are the first to have been developed from the findings of the LMSwishList initiative. Continue reading »

Most learning leaders at Olympia 2 today will make professional development programmes their top priority for 2012, according to the first details emerging from the REDTRAY Fast50.

Conducted live at REDTRAY’s Cloud Lounge (stand 107) throughout the show, the REDTRAY Fast50 promises to gather insights and opinion from 50 Learning Technologies show visitors at random to deliver the freshest thinking available anywhere at #lt12uk over the next 48 hours.

When asked to consider the top priority areas most likely to win the lion’s share of training programme spend this year, the first50 visitors questioned listed their priorities as follows:

1. Professional 18.18%

A change in your career – whether it’s a brief dabble in something else or a switch to something completely different – is not always easy, especially if you’re worried you don’t have the skills.
