Times are changing. What we as employees and learners want and need is increasingly influenced by the development of modern technology. As a result and by using the tools available to us, we are expected to respond faster to demands both at work and in our personal lives. This means we’re not able to devote as much time for learning and aren’t able to spend days on training courses or be away from our jobs. Relevant and timely information has become the most important commodity for today’s learners. Training managers realise this and are creating new solutions to support our personal and professional development, and to help us do our jobs faster and better.
